The British Kothi offers luxury heritage accommodations ranging from 280 to 600 sq. ft., including twin, double, and suite configurations. Bookings are based on double occupancy (two people per room). Additional guests will incur charges as per prevalent hotel rates.
Advance payment of 100% is mandatory to obtain a confirmed reservation. Rates are dynamic and are not guaranteed until the confirmation voucher is generated. Once a transaction is executed, no other rates (higher or lower) will be applicable.
Note: Valid Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests upon arrival. Local IDs and unmarried couples are not permitted as per management policy.
Children: Kids up to 6 years stay free of charge with parents (without extra bed). Children above 6 years are treated as young adults and full charges apply.
Pets: Pets are warmly welcomed, allowing you to share your luxury escape with your companions.
All cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing to our Reservation Department.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds take 2 to 4 weeks to reflect in your statement, subject to bank processing times.
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date, the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled. If you plan to arrive a day late, you must contact us immediately to prevent the release of your room.
